Heat pump distillation process

The existing deammoniating tower is transformed into a heat pump, and the ammoniating steam at the top of the tower is transferred into the falling film evaporator for heat exchange with water. After heat exchange, the vaporized low-temperature and low-pressure water steam enters the compressor, and becomes high-temperature and high-pressure gas after compression into the reboiler coupled with the tower reactor for heat exchange with the tower reactor waste water, thus saving the industrial steam consumption。
